PST 321 INSTRUCTOR'S NOTES - INTRODUCTORY WEEK
INTRODUCTIONS
Welcome
to the introductory week of PST 321. I
like to take a little time the first week for everyone to get to know one
another. Therefore, please make
sure you log onto the message board and respond to the questions that are posted
at the bottom of this page. I have
an instructor page that will tell you a little about me.
Every
week I will post instructor notes that will address the topic for that week.
I had a difficult time selecting a textbook for this course.
To my knowledge there does not exist a contemporary text that deals
specifically with hostage negotiations for those that work in emergency
communications. Therefore, every
week I will attempt to take what we have covered in the text and discuss its
applicability to emergency communications.
